Nigellas modified chocolate brownie recipie

This is my favourite pudding recipe in the whole utter world. Seriously. The only problem is trying not to eat them all at once. Stick fingers in ears if anyone tries to tell you how many calories there are in them.
Nigellas normal recipe contain 6 eggs and lots and lots of choc so thought this has a bit less.
So if you want to make lush Brownies --
300g Butter   300g  decent choc  around 5 eggs 400g sugar 160g flour pinch salt splash of vanilla essence (If bothered)

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees ( be careful make sure your oven is not too fierce like mine)
  2. Line your brownie tin with parchment ( don't skip this step or it sticks)
  3. Put large pan on hob and slowly melt choc and butter together.
  4. In a large mearing jug whisk together suger and eggs
  5. Measure out flour into another little bowl ( shove it into dishwasher when bowl has been used)
  6. Leave chocolate to cool and then mix in other ingredients into pan.
  7. Pour into greasproofed papered tin and put in oven
  8. Leave for twenty minutes then turn off oven so that they can continue to cook. Any more time in hot oven and they will be cakey, any less and gooey mess.
  9. Tip onto wire rack and then eat with loads of ice cream and wine

Cheers
